» Ordering and Delivery
As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. We usually deliver your order within 10 to 14 days of it being placed. When your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number from our certified shipping partners and the receipt/invoice as a PDF for your records. We ship worldwide. Please note that shipments to countries outside of the EU may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.

» Returns Policy
You may return most new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

» Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We send your order in specialty packaging designed for art, and it arrives at the address you provide within about 10 to 14 days. Orders with items of different sizes will be shipped at the rate of the largest picture in the order. 

» 14 Days Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your purchased within 14 days without stating a reason. Please note that sales are final for any “Custom” work selected by you, as these pieces are produced to your individual specifications.

The cancellation policy lasts 14 days from: A) The day on which you – or a third party named by you who is not the shipping service – take/takes the goods into possession, if you ordered one item or multiple items in a single order, and the item(s) arrive(s) in a single delivery or B) The day on which you – or a third party named by you who is not the shipping service – take(s) the final goods into possession in the event that multiple items from a single order are shipped separately.

To cancel your purchase, you must inform ROCA Fine Arts at Tel: +1 917 561-6313 or e-mail: info@rocafinearts.com of your decision to cancel. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. The deadline for cancellation will be met as long as your statement indicating you will cancel is sent within the allotted cancellation period.

» Limited Warranty
Our limited warranty is extended to all our clients and it includes the certainty of being free of manufacturer defects.

Should one of our products present some kind of flaw, we will, at its own discretion, replace or repair said product, with all expenses stemming from this situation covered by us.

All our products are made with premium quality materials, in spite of which it must be known that the duration of said materials depends upon the care and maintenance given to them.

Only the written warranty will be admitted as the only warranty for products manufactured by us.

» All our products must be given special maintenance
-  The cleaning of products must be done with non-abrasive elements.
-  Do not apply any type of liquids to surfaces.
-  The cleaning of any kind of stain should be performed or supervised by our experts.
-  Sun or the intense lights may, with time, fade or affect the color of frames and leathers. It is advisable to keep items away from direct and constant light exposure or strong light bulbs.
-  Exposure to extreme temperature variations may damage wood and surfaces of our products.
-  Excessive humidity or contrast between low and high humidity levels can affect our products.
